Welcome to the Dinky Drinks Forum Cipsip .. what a great name by the way 
 Russia is on my list as one of the countries I would have liked to visit one day .. I know it's the largest country in the world .. has the biggest stockpile of weaponry of any country in the world .. and is still struggling to cope with all the changes that happened in the early 1990's 
But where would you even start travelling in such a vast country .. that has so many completely differing climates .. differing terrains .. and takes hours and hours to travelling through ... 
Sigh, one lifetime can never be enough can it ..

Doh .. more than a bit like a Russian flag hahahahahah !!!
Sometimes sites say a design is FREE to use .. but then it disappears Maybe this one will last a bit longer ..

I once competed in a site hunt! we had to look everywhere for some flags, it was fun checking all the pages including help and Presenter profiles (it was a radio station).
