Its really quite easy to see how the referral system works.
You click the link a few lines below to take you to the referrals page:-

There are plenty of ways to refer... so please spread the word and we will reward you... even if you tell people using other forums We are happy for you to confirm the members details you have got to join and we will hapilly review this and reward you accordingly.

On one forum, I posted a link to come here. But I have no idea if anyone joined.
In the thread on the other forum, a few said they were already members. |

That's good... although its prob best if you tell the people on other forums that they will get a free drink if they post the name of the person they were referred by in the forum when asking for their free drink.
There is currently no way of monitoring the referrals other than this...
Maybe you could make contact with people on other forums etc... and ask them if the want a free drink... then if they say yes... you could ask them for their email address and use the referral system to invite them along
